Delivery

VLOS delivers goods through the carrier Pošta Slovenije d.d. (hereinafter: the carrier), and purchased goods are typically available within five (5) working days, unless otherwise specified. If the customer is not at home during the delivery, they can collect the ordered products in accordance with the carrier's instructions. In the event of an unexpected extension of the delivery period, we will notify you via phone or email.

At VLOS, we aim to accommodate all customers, so purchased goods are delivered to their address anywhere in Slovenia.

Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the product. The shipping cost for products or orders up to 2 kg is €2.90, up to 15 kg is €7.99, and up to 31.5 kg is €17.99. For heavier items, delivery is arranged by agreement.

When paying the purchase price on delivery with the carrier using a POS terminal, the customer is charged a commission, which the carrier charges on behalf of the offering bank for the payment service via the POS terminal, except for cash payments.

Personal pickup is possible at the Velana Living store for all products. Products selected for personal pickup are reserved for a period of 7 days. If the customer does not collect the goods, the VLOS operator returns them to regular sale in the store and on the VLOS website.
